1. Legs max reps and supersets (large variety) + abs
2. Back, chest and arms + core
3. Rear chain, hamstrings, glutes (variety of heavy strength and superset volume)

Suits women with medium/high gym experience looking for a new edge and body shape
Barbell weights range from 20-60kg
Dumbbell weights range from 5-12.5kg
